Delivery time depends on your location and courier service.
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, product weight, and courier partner availability.
From time to time, free shipping offers may be available on selected products or order values.
5. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment through the courier partner tracking page.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order. Kantha Store will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect address details.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the order is not received after these attempts, it may be returned to our warehouse.
