Shipping & Order Tracking – Kantha Store

At Kantha Store, we work with some of the fastest and most reliable courier partners in India through Shiprocket to make sure your order reaches your doorstep safely and on time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number (AWB) which allows you to monitor your shipment in real time.

🔎 How to Track Your Order

1. Through My Account Page

Login to your account on kanthastore.com.

Go to My Account → Orders section.

Find the order you want to track.

In the same row, you will see a “Track” button along with your Tracking Number (AWB).

Click on it to view the latest delivery status of your order.

2. Through Email Notification

As soon as your order is shipped, we send the tracking details to your registered email address.

Please check your email inbox for the tracking information.

If you cannot find the email, kindly check your Spam or Junk folder, as sometimes emails may land there.

3. Through Courier Partner Website

You can also track your order directly from the courier partner.

Copy the Tracking Number (AWB) from your email or My Account page.

Visit the courier partner tracking page.

Enter the AWB number to check the latest shipment status.

⏱️ Delivery Timeframe

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other Cities: 4–7 working days
  • Remote Areas: up to 7–10 working days

Please note that delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volume during festivals and sales.
